Return Policy

Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it as long as it fits the following criteria: • If you get a product that you are not completely satisfied with due to its defect or anything, you may return it for an exchange or refund. There is a delivery charge for exchanges. • You can claim for a refund or exchange with appropriate reasons within 3 days (72 hours) from receiving the parcel. • Any products returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and not broken or tampered with. • We will accept the return or exchange of products in new condition, unworn, unmodified, and free of consumer damage. Otherwise, we have the right to deny the refund/exchange. • Refunds are only granted in circumstances when the reasons for the refund are persuasive. • Refunds and replacements for items are subject to inspection by the FAME team. • If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you will be refunded in full. • Please keep in mind that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge are not refundable and will not be reflected in the refund amount of your item. • You will receive the exchanged product or refund amount within 5-10 days.
